Control is key when it comes to lifting…so please don’t rush, and be tempted to lift like a possessed maniac.
Too often we see people in the gym lifting with bad form – often followed by the sound of equipment rattling or weights hitting the floor. It’s not through a lack of effort, but a lack of understanding.
