MEET THE TRAINER
After graduating from Marlborough School in St. Albans in I won a place on the football for excellence course sponsored by Watford Football Club at West Herts Collage. This allowed me to develop my two real loves, sports fitness and football development.
On completion, I enrolled with Premier Training International in Milton Keynes and gained my qualifications in Personal Training & Sports Massage. Our learning centre was shared with the British Badminton squad. I have worked in corporate gyms, trained clients in the larger health clubs, trained people in their homes and the great outdoors.
I believe personal training should be fun, challenging and rewarding. I will push you that little bit extra, to motivate you when you’re feeling flat, to help educate you on how your body works and know what works for your body.
Life can be challenging…. you may have a stressful job, are a busy parent, run your own company, juggle work / life balance or a mixture of them all. I understand that you need a programme and a personal trainer that works for you.

I started personal training with Andrew in July last year having failed with many exercise plans in the past. The results speak for themselves. I lost 2 stone 7 pounds in five months and am a very happy size 8 who now enjoys going to the gym!
I honestly believe that I wouldn’t have achieved this without Andrew’s help. Andrew’s sessions are always fun, challenging and different every time. I am in the best shape of my life and healthier than ever.
I chose to work with Andrew as I didn’t want to lose momentum whilst recovering from surgery. Andrew helped to create a plan focused on my goals whilst I was unable to follow my usual exercise plan.
I have now trained with Andrew for the past 5 months. Post surgery, he has now provided me with a varied routine whilst remaining mindful of my limitations due to disability. He is extremely knowledgeable and each session is pre planned, with Andrew taking the time to demonstrate the exercise and he backs this up with an explanation as to the aim or the muscle group being targeted.
The sessions have enabled me to break out of a plateau, and armed me with the correct methods to add strength training into my exercise routine. The downside – I now realise how I may not have been working out so hard/effectively alone! sessions are always followed by a recap/debrief which is also helpful and actually sets Andrew apart from other PT’s. I have tried other PT’s – having the right one makes all the difference to your exercise journey.
There are two main reasons for choosing PT with Andrew, First is motivation I’ve been in and around gyms for years and end up bored with the same exercises or program that was given to me on my induction and as a result just going through the motions.
Second is just as important to me is learning how to exercise properly from warming up to isolating individual muscles to get the best benefit from every exercise Ive lost a stone so far but more importantly can keep this weight off! I feel healthier and have more energy than I can remember in years
